WINSLOW HOMER - DRIFTWOOD 1910
This is Homer's last oil painting titled Driftwood. It is his final expression. The entire painting is also an allusion to Longfellow's poem The Fire of Driftwood and it is a self portrait.

Before we see Homer's self-portrait, we first need to be more familiar with his moustache.
